View Machine Analytics
You can view machine analytics for any machine that has reported data into your project. Using the existing production data from the machines, WorksOS can report daily productivity metrics on a per-machine, per-day basis for all machines on a project. This feature provides direct visibility on how much data was reported-in from the field to the office on a per-machine basis. Machine analytics also go further than just providing visibility into data; they also start to analyze and aggregate data into the various states a machine can encounter in a day. Machine analytics can be viewed at an individual machine level for a single day or up to all machines reporting-in on the project for up to a week.

Machine analytics can be accessed several ways in WorksOS.
Running Machine Analytics in the Resources Page
Open the Resources Page in WorksOS.
Identify the machine you want analytics for and click the More icon (the far right ellipses menu at the end of the machine row).
On the Machine Analytics tab that appears, select the day you want to see analytics for, and click Calculate.
Machine Analytics will calculate for the selected machine and day and display.
Note: You can only view machine analytics for a single machine and day in the Resources Page.
Running Machine Analytics in Map Page/Device Information tab
Open the Map Page in WorksOS.
On the map, identify the machine icon you want analytics for and click it.
On the Device Information tab, navigate down to the Machine Analytics heading and click the down arrow to expand it.
On the Machine Analytics tab, select the day you want to see analytics for and click Calculate.
Machine Analytics will calculate for the selected machine and day and display.
Note: You can only view machine analytics for a single machine and day on the Map Page/Device Information tab.
Running Machine Analytics in Machine Playback
On the right side of the Map View, click the Machine Playback Map icon.
On the new Machine Playback screen, select the Machine from those that contributed data to the project, and specify the Start and End times for the playback; the default and maximum duration is an 8-hour period.
Click Load Data. WorksOS searches for all of the TAG files that make up the data for the specified machine and date range.
Once data loads (see the status message at the bottom left of the screen), confirm the device, machine name, and type in the left pane.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Machine Playback tab to see the Machine Analytics for the specified machine and Start and End Times.
Note: You do not have to start the actual Machine Playback to view the analytics data.
Note: You can only view machine analytics for a single machine and day in Machine Playback.
Running Machine Analytics as a report
In either the Map Page or the Resources page, go to the More menu (top right ellipses), click and select Reports.
From the Reports menu, select Machine Analytics.
Enter a file name that the Machine Analytics CSV Report will be saved under (check the location of your Internet browser downloads as that is where the report will be automatically saved).
Enter a Start Day you want to see analytics from.
Enter an End Day you want to see analytics to.
Note: The Machine Analytics Report will default to up to 7 days after the selected Start Date right up until today (local project time).
Select how you want to group the data
Machine - All data for all selected days will be grouped and totaled per selected machines in the CSV report (total for a single machine over a period of time).
Date - All data for all machines will be grouped and totaled for each selected day in the CSV report (total for a period of time for all machines).
Select the Machines you want to run the report for and click Export.
The report will begin to generate.
Note: It may take several minutes for the report to run depending on the quantity of data selected.
Note: You can run a Machine Analytics Report, navigate away or even log out of WorksOS to retrieve the same report later. Check under the Notifications icon at the top right to see the Machine Analytics Report status or access any previously run Machine Analytics Report.
